Customization options may be limited on DoorDash. For fully custom designs, sympathy arrangements, or special requests, we recommend calling our shop at 803-854-2011 to order directly through us.
How does delivery work with DoorDash?
DoorDash handles the delivery logistics. Delivery times, fees, and tracking are managed through the DoorDash app, while we focus on creating your flowers.
Is the quality different when ordering through DoorDash?
No. The quality, freshness, and design of our florals remain the same regardless of how you order.
Who designs the arrangements?
Every arrangement is handcrafted by our professional designers at Seven Flowers. DoorDash is simply the ordering and delivery platform.
Are ordering flowers from DoorDash the same as ordering directly from you?
Yes. All DoorDash orders are designed by our in-house floral team using the same fresh, premium flowers and design standards as orders placed directly through us.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
- For orders placed through DoorDash, we DO NOT offer same-day delivery.
- For call-in orders, we offer same-day delivery for FLORIST DESIGN orders ONLY placed before 1:00 pm.
- For funeral and sympathy orders, we can only guarantee same-day delivery for plants.

What is your local delivery area?
We deliver flowers to residences and businesses within a 60-mile radius of our shop location. There is NO delivery charge for deliveries made within a 3-mile radius of the Santee town limit. Please review our Delivery & Pickup Policy for more information on delivery fees.
